PC Medics of NJ started in 2004 from the owner's home. After 6 years of providing quality service, we expanded into our own business location in 2010.
We grew to include a fleet of commercial vehicles for on-site service, and in 2013 absorbed local competitor DeBugIt Computer Repair — continuing to provide great service to all their customers.
Today, we manage over 550 computer systems regularly, service 100+ computers monthly, and maintain business servers, backups, and websites. Our commitment to quality service and quick turnaround has never changed.

We can usually have a technician out to your location the same day, or at least within 48 hours.
In-shop repairs start with a $59.99 diagnostic fee. Basic repair is $139.99 (includes diagnostic), and gaming PCs are $169.99. On-site and remote services have different rates. Service plan holders get waived labor charges!

On-site and remote work is usually completed during the session (1-3 hours). Drop-off service typically takes 24-48 hours unless special parts are needed.
Our technicians connect securely to your computer via the internet. The connection is encrypted (same security as online banking), and you're always in control — you can end the session any time.
On-Site & Remote: 5 business days. Drop-Off: 30 days. Mobile/Tablet: 30 days. Extended warranties are also available — just ask!
